OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING

Our Olympic weightlifting classes are led by a team of highly experienced British weightlifting coaches, whose primary aim is to help participants improve their total load in both the snatch and clean and jerk movements. By focusing on technique, strength, and proper form, our coaches provide valuable guidance and support to athletes of all skill levels.

Our British weightlifting classes are included as part of our Gold and Platinum membership options, or alternatively, you can choose to participate by purchasing a drop-in session to experience our training firsthand.

Classes are every Tuesday from 7:30 PM to 8:45 PM, excluding every fourth week for an introduction to CrossFit course for newcomers.
