L.I.F.E stands for Low Impact Functional Exercise. The aim of this class is to allow a safe and effective environment to perform functional movements at a reduced intensity to enable individuals of any age and body type to enhance the quality of their lives.

Exercise is important at any age and staying active as we get older is a great way to promote a healthier, longer life and prevent injuries.
