At The Monarchy, we have a wide variety of classes and training services on offer to suit all training styles.

  • CROSSFIT

    At The Monarchy, our CrossFit classes last one hour and are broken down into four different components: a warmup, a strength or skill, a WOD, and a cooldown or mobility session.

  • FST

    Functional Strength training is a training methodology that is specifically designed to build skills, strength, stamina, mobility and help you achieve the body you want.

  • OPEN GYM

    At The Monarchy, we have a dedicated Open Gym area which is available to all members during opening hours and members will have use of the entire gym when classes aren’t running.

  • CROSSFIT KIDS

    Crossfit isn't just for grown ups! We offer a dedicated class to CrossFit Kids, a set of physical activities, particularly designed for kids.

  • L.I.F.E

    L.I.F.E stands for Low Impact Functional Exercise. The aim of this class is to allow a safe and effective environment to perform functional movements at a reduced intensity.
